The Abia state Okezie Ikpeazu, will swear 24 commissioners designate into office as members of the Abia State Executive council on Friday October 11, 2019.
A statement by the Secretary to the state government Mr Chris Ezem, stated that the event would kick off by 12 noon at the International Conference Center Umuahia the state.
The statement added that the Deputy Governor, the Speaker and members of the Abia State House of Assembly, the State Chief Judge, Permanent Secretaries, Chairmen of Local Government Transition Committees, and other top officials of the State Government are hereby invited to the event.
All the Commissioners Designate were asked to be seated at the venue before the arrival of the Governor.
