According to De Jager, Herman "Legislation is one of the most important instruments of government in organizing society and protecting citizens. It determines amongst others, the right and responsibilities of individuals and authorities to whom the legislation applies. 

Going by the above statement, the act of legislation is a serious business that should be specially and specifically reserved for people who know the importance of making the right laws that will benefit the populace. 

Since after the death of the great Pan Africanist and Nigerian statesman, Jaja Anucha Nwachukwu, little or nothing has been heard about the Isiala Ngwa man, thereby limiting the growth and development of Isiala Ngwa in particular and the entire Ngwa Nation at large. 

My good people of Isiala Ngwa, 2023 is the right time to right our wrongs and reposition our Federal Constituency and voting only the right and credible candidate is the only option available for us.

 COMRADE LUCKY NWOGU is a tested and trusted hand that can take Isiala Ngwa to greater heights. We cannot afford to miss this golden opportunity.
