The was a heavy vehiclar gridlock in Umuahia the Abia State capital as the supporters of Mr Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party held a one million March in the state.
Obi's supporters had gathered at Abia tower axis of the Enugu Port Harcourt express way in early hours of the day from where they marched a distance of three kilometers to the Michael Okpara square entrance of the capital city.
The crowd which slowed down vehiclar movement from the express way also marched through Library Avenue/Akanu Ibiam road popularly known as bank road while making her way to the city centre.
The Mammoth crowd however enjoyed the cooperation of commercial and private vehicles as their occupants waved in their admiration.
Obi's supporters cutting across people from the political class, businessmen and youths participated in the March.
Some of the supporters carried playcard with inscription such as INEC please allow God to use you, Obedient all the way, vote out bad leaders, Nigerians take back your country etc.
Most of them where chantting "kerenke Obi!!!, others were pleading with motorist and passersby to be obedient.
The rest were chantting we are the structure!!!, We no dey give shishi, while displaying their permeant voters' cards.
One supporters told our correspondent, "Honestly, this one is more than 5 Million Man march, Umuahia Abia State capital today witnessed a total traffic gridlock on its major roads as youths and adults trooped out en-mass for solidarity march for Mr Peter Obi for president.

However some people selling Nigeria and Labour Party flags, soft drinks and snacks made big sales to people who needed the items to cool off while the march lasted.
